Before you do, we encourage you to review some important information regarding the new patient process. This includes forms to fill out, financing options for care, and what you can expect when you come in for your very first scheduled appointment! Your First Dental Visit
When you first arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk team member, given a new patient packet and some small gifts, and asked to provide us with essential information regarding your current oral health. After coming into the consultation room, we’ll perform a series of digital X-rays and CT scans (which are done free of charge.) From there, Dr. Shah will greet you and ask you questions about your current smile and oral health goals.
New Patient Forms
When you fill out a new patient packet at our dental office, you’re doing far more than simply becoming a new patient. In fact, you’re giving us the information we need to best meet your dental concerns. If you download, print and fill out the forms ahead of time and bring them to our dental office, we can even expedite your check-in process!
Dental Insurance Welcome
With dental insurance, paying for many of your most basic forms of care, including preventive treatments like exams, cleanings and X-rays, becomes a much easier process. We are happy to accept all PPO dental insurance plans.

We understand that dental insurance is not necessarily for everyone. Furthermore, if your current plan did not cover all of the costs of your treatment, we encourage you to consider CareCredit Financing as well! This program lets you pay for treatments in smaller, more manageable chunks. In many cases, you can even pay for your care with little to zero interest attached! In-House Dental Plan
If you’re main concern is getting your basic preventive dental care completed and saving money on services, you’ll love our in-house dental plan. While this plan is not considered dental insurance, it can help you and your family members get the services they need at an affordable and predictable rate. Whether you’re an adult, child, or you need specific periodontal services to address gum disease, you can save in the long-term with our in-house plan!
